Breastfeefing need a consistent routine and discipline..we can't just expect that it will stays the same without any hardwork..my routine has changed tremendously last few days coz I left the office at 8.30am for site inspection and arrived at the office only after 2.30pm...By that time I already missed my first pumping session...
And as expected my boobs were so hard and God..it was painful....I had trouble to expressed any milk the first 10 minutes....I keep on pumping and praying and the milk came out...
That was a horrible experience...
