Decreasing

Since I no longer have this room for myself, my pattern and mood during peumping session has change dramatically. I could normally get 6oz per session but yesterday I got only 4oz after half and hour and today also gone down...the first 30 minutes could only produced 1.5oz...I was terribly worry...so I just stop for while since my Avent valve drop into the bottle.

I performed my Zohor prayer first and then continued ...I got twice let down and finally I managed to fill up to 4oz but unfortunately have to stop coz I was late for my training session...

Maybe this is my hard time, new environment..so I need to set my mind and try to be relax like before
